1. Consultation Fees
Fees for consultations are non-refundable once the session has been completed.
If you cancel at least 2 hours before the appointment, you may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
2. Missed Appointments
No refunds for missed appointments without prior notice.
3. Service Issues
If a service issue arises, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
